What does Full-Service Payroll add?
Full Service adds guided onboarding, payroll processing support, filing and payment coordination, year-end form support, and priority assistance. Exact coverage is confirmed during activation.
Are wages and payroll taxes included?
No. Subscription pricing covers the selected ZentroPayroll plan. Employer funding, worker payments, taxes, penalties, corrections, and other payroll obligations remain separate.
Can I manage more than one company?
Yes. Each company receives its own isolated workspace. Core is $35 per company plus $5 per active employee; Full Service is $55 per company plus $8 per active employee.
Does ZentroBooks cost extra?
Both ZentroPayroll plans include the complete integration workflow. A separate ZentroBooks subscription may be required depending on the accounting plan selected.
When does billing begin?
Billing begins according to the checkout or order terms accepted during activation. Sandbox evaluation and production payroll access are separate readiness steps.
