Our commitment to making ZentroPayroll usable by payroll administrators and workers with disabilities.
Our target
ZentroPayroll targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the experiences we design and control. This is a product objective, not a claim of certification. We include semantic structure, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and status messages that do not depend on color alone.
Third-party experiences
Some payroll onboarding, tax, banking, document, payment, and PDF experiences are provided by integrated services. Those experiences may have separate accessibility characteristics. We work with providers and offer reasonable assistance when an integration creates a barrier.
Feedback and assistance
If you cannot access a feature or document, use the Rights & Complaints form and choose Accessibility feedback. Include the page, task, assistive technology or browser used, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not include bank information, tax identifiers, or employee records in the form. We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and provide an available alternative where practical.
