Before you submit
Employees and contractors should normally ask their employer for payroll-record access or correction because the employer controls the employment record. Use this form when you need ZentroPayroll assistance, want to exercise an applicable privacy right, need an accessible alternative, or need to report an unresolved service concern. Security vulnerabilities should be sent directly to security@zentropayroll.com.
Verification and response
We acknowledge submitted requests, assign a reference, route them to a monitored owner, and verify identity, authority, company relationship, and scope before disclosing or changing data. We coordinate employer-controlled requests with the relevant client and respond within the period required by applicable law or the customer agreement. If a request is denied or limited, we explain the reason and any available appeal or regulator contact where required.
