Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that protect payroll clients, workers, funds, providers, and the platform.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to commit fraud, evade taxes or sanctions, misclassify workers unlawfully, create fictitious payroll, launder money, impersonate another person, submit unauthorized debits, exploit vulnerable people, or violate employment, privacy, financial, export, or other applicable law.
Security and interference
You may not probe or bypass access controls, access another tenant, share individual accounts, introduce malware, scrape at disruptive volume, reverse engineer except where law cannot prohibit it, overwhelm systems, conceal malicious traffic, or test live payroll/payment operations without written authorization.
Data handling
Do not upload data you lack authority to process. Do not place Social Security numbers, bank credentials, tax documents, or identity images in unapproved fields or support channels. Use designated secure provider workflows and grant the minimum team access required.
Enforcement
We may investigate, limit, suspend, preserve evidence, notify affected providers, or report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. We will consider severity, intent, history, risk to workers/funds, and corrective cooperation. Customer remains responsible for its users and may appeal an enforcement decision through the legal contact.
